Synopsis :
In a story of two warriors, Karan(Sunny Deol), and Suraj(Sanjay Dutt), Karan an honest lawyer fights for the truth, for whats right & for Justice. Karans father is a journalist, Mr.Chandrakant(Shafi Inamdar) who is one to prove that the pen is mightier than the swords is one to unmask Justice Dharmesh Agnihotri better as Daga in the underworld Don. Suraj(Sanjay Dutt) is a man victimised by fate. Suraj who was in love with Shilpa had lost, seen his love dying, but unable to help due to his addiction of deadly drugs,but now he hates drugs & vows to fight against drug dealers. Now left only with his sister Bharati who he sends far away to a boarding school away from the corrupt world.

Vidya who is Dharmesh Agnihotris daughter is in love with Karan. Karan idolises Justice Dharmesh Agnihotri, without knowing the man behind the mask. Daga hires Suraj to complete his mission & by creating animosity between Karan & Suraj sees that there are no thorns on his road to success. The enemity takes a final turn when Chandrakant who is out to unmask Daga framed of murder and is sentenced to jail where he is killed. Karan at this point loses faith in justice.

Daga also frames Suraj for drug smuggling for which Suraj is also jailed. Dagas conspiracy has created a hardcore enemity between Karan & Suraj. Another twist of fate hits Karan & Suraj when they come out of the jail & discover the love between Surajs younger sister & Karan younger brother. The two lovers elope to save their love, from being sacrificed due to their brothers enemity.

Do Karan & Suraj survive the enemity and Triumph as Yodhas.
