Synopsis :
A young girl (Jaya Bhaduri) runs away from home when she comes to know that her father has arranged her marriage to someone she has never met. Out on the road alone, she meets eight different characters (all played by Sanjeev Kumar). On the first night, she meets a rich man, on the second night, she meets a drunkard, on the third night, she meets a psychiatrist, on the fourth a convict, on the fifth a farmer, on the sixth a leper, on the seventh a drama artiste and on the eight a police officer. She falls in love with a young man. The two got married and all the people whom she she met on her journey are invited to her wedding.
