Synopsis :
One fine morning, a Dhoban while washing clothes finds the hand of a girl and starts shouting. People gather and the plice inspector comes and takes away the hand after interrogation. Subsequently the police finds other parts of the female's body other than the head.

Police find the case very complicated and finally close down the file. The human rights activists group of women meet the ocncerned minister and impress upon the need and urgency of solving the mystery. Finally the case is handed over to CBII who entrusts this case to Jasraj Patel, an honest and fearless officer. Jasraj in process meets the different people who were connected in some way or other with the victim, Roshni. The journey to unfold and solve the murder mystery takes unexpected turns and twists. Finally, Jasraj reaches the killer. Who is the killer?
