Synopsis :
Hare Mohan is brought up as a petty thief on the streets of Bombay by a notorious criminal exploiter. He is picked up by a Swami and taken to America. Donning a spiritual mantle he becomes a Swami in his own right. A chance encounter with an American heiress leads to physical intimacy Disllusioned he comes back to his spiritual Guru for guidance. Coming back to India he decides to do penance by redeeming the members of the underworld of whom he was once a part. But his criminal past comes back to haunt him. A reporter is hot on his trail to expose him. So who is Awami Dada? A Godman, who transcends all barriers of caste, creed and religion to spread the gospel of love and universal truth or is he the Dada who personifies all that is evil in the world?
