Synopsis :
Eeditilm tries to unmask corruption that prevails in the top level society. It tells of Rahu Nath, a district collector susceptible to bribes and Ketu Varma, a social worker, who blackmails the rich and builds up his own nest of wealth. An honest police officer finally succeeds in unmasking the two corrupt VIPs in the society.

Rahu Nath is a District Collector of Anandpur and Ketu Verma is a capitalist of the same locality. There was happenings of murder, theft, riots and clashes. But no one was punished. As time passed, some complaints started pouring in the office of C.B.I. Ravi Kapoor was appointed to make investigations in Anandpur area. With his entry in Anandpur, a strange and silent tussle started between Collector Rahu Nath and Ketu Verma on the one hand and Ravi Kapoor on the other. It was like a game of chess and the moves were cunning and clever. All efforts and moves of Collector Rahu Nath and Ketu Verma failed to buy Ravi Kapoor miserably and Ravi Kapoor too could not succeed in catching them red-handed.

Finally, wisdom dawned upon Ravi Kapoor and he learnt that within a thief's heart-goodness too resides side by side with evil and clever, bad and corrupt guys often dump and dope their Godliness. So Ravi Kapoor thought of means and efforts to wake up the conscience of these two corrupt and dishonest men, so that they should surrender themselves of Society and Low and should suggest and propose their own punishment.
