Synopsis :
Megha comes to Bombay for studies. Akash and Vinod studying in same college fall in love with Megha.

Vinod wants to love Megha forcibly on the strength of money. Megha slaps Vinod and he looses his Prestige in the college. Vinod wants to molest Megha in college compound, but Akash helps her. Megha falls in love with Akash.

Akash is the only son of the Mill owner Mr.Bhanu Pratap. Megha is the sister of the labour Shanker of the same Mill. The Poverty of Shanker comes in the way of Akash and Mehga & Bhanu Pratap marries Akash to Sona, the daughter of Jackson Seth. Sona had become a mother before marriage and on knowing this Bhanu Pratap refuses to accept Sona as his daughter in law. Jackson Seth auctions the entire property of Bhanu Pratap. Megha in order to save the prestige of Bhanu Pratap sells herself to Vinod and gets married to him. Vinod wants to take revenge from Megha for the college incident. What happens to Megha and Akash?
