Synopsis :
Suraj(Salman Khan) & Yash(Sanjay Kapoor) are best friends studying in the same college with Prathana(Shilpa Shetty). Suraj & Yash keep trying all tricks to win her heart. Thakur Saheb(Paresh Rawal), father of Yash, is an underworld don. Bhaiji(Kiran Kumar) is another don. Yash happens to kill Bhaiji in rage of a gunshot on his father. His father is crippled for life, & Yash gets married to Prathana. In meantime, Suraj goes to another town. Bhaijis son Baba(Nirmal Pandey) tries to avenge his fathers death in every way by troubling Yash and his wife. Suraj happens to come in the way and everyone is shocked to know that he is a police officer. He informs Prathana that he would probably arrest her husband in Bhaijis murder case.
