Synopsis :
Amar(Akshay Kumar), Raja(Nagarjuna), Pooja(Pooja Bhatt) and Jaggu(Paresh Rawal) are four children that live in the slums of Mumbai. Amar is seperated from his friends and grows up to be a police officer. As fate has it, he is assigned to go to Mumbai as an undercover agent to penetrate the criminal gang that is now run by his childhood friends.

Amar is easily accepted into the gang as his friends believe in him blindly. Amar also falls in love with his childhood friend, Pooja. Amar is torn betwwen his loyalty to his friends and his mission. Will he sacrifice his love for pooja? What about the underworld Don who suspects Amar's true motives?
