Synopsis :
Neha, a small town girl, gets a job as an airhostess. In Mumbai, she stays with her friend Ritu who is getting engaged to a policeman. While coming back from a party, Neha witnesses a murder committed by Samrat Singhania, who is the son of a don. At first, she decides to not reveal the fact that she actually saw the murder happen. However, the policeman finds her ID card at the site of the murder and after relentless interrogation, she gives in.

The don is seeking political position and thus, he hires Babu to stop Neha from going to court and thus, testifying against his son. Neha doesn't know that Babu is a serial killer and falls in love with him. The inspector and Ritu fly abroad to protect Neha. Meanwhile, in India, the don loses his trust in Babu and sends his own men to kill Neha. However, they are stopped by none other than Babu. Babu proposes marriage and Neha agrees. When she decides to go to court, Babu's true colors appear.
