Synopsis :
This is Sharukh Khan's first film in which he stars in a double role, his co-stars being Juhi Chawla and Sonali Bendre. It is basically about one Sharukh (Bablu) being an innocent cook, while the other (Manu Dada) being a criminal. They co-incidently have the same faces. Bablu always seems to be day-dreaming, and hopes one day become a chef in a 5 star hotel. Soon, he falls in love with Sonia (Juhi Chawla), the manager of a reputed hotel, and she seems to become part of his dreams too. Manu's girlfriend is Lily (Sonali Bendre), a night club dancer, and they soon land up in India to continue their crimes. This is where the real comedy begins, as Bablu and Manu's tracks keep alternating, until finally, Bablu relaises what is going on. By this time, though he has been captured by Manu at ransom, who uses his name to escape troubles. Then comes a point when Bablu gets aggitated and finally retaliates. He gets his revenge, and hence ends the story with his dream of becoming chef comes true.
