Synopsis :
Dhadkan is a romantic story about Ram, Anjali, and Dev. Anjali is the daughter of a businessman. She is in love with Dev, who is a poor man. However, Anjali's father refuses her to marry Dev because he is poor. Her parents force her into marrying a man of their choice.

Anjali marries Ram, but their marriage starts off on a bad note because she refuses to accept him as her husband. Anjali gets involved in the family life of Ram and Ram accepts her privacy and bears with her. Slowly, Anjali gets over Dev and realizes that Ram loves her very much. Her marital happiness is shattered when Dev re-enters the story.

Dev starts the destruction of all that is dear to Ram. This is the one chance that Anjali has to reunite herself with her lost love. In the end, Anjali must make a decision.
