Synopsis : Aks - The Reflection, is a psychological thriller with a touch of the supernatural.

Manu Verma (Amitabh Bachchan), Supercop, who heads the National Security, is faced with one of the biggest challenges of his life when the Defence Minister of the country is assassinated from under his nose in Budapest. And, a floppy, containing the names of some of the biggest threats to the national security is missing.

The man responsible for the crime is none other than Raghavan (Manoj Bajpai). He to enjoy the act of killing more than anything. He has a criminally brilliant mind with a twisted philosophical reasoning to life. Manu Varma nabs Raghavan and make him convince to reveal who he is working for and about the floppy disk. But as Raghavan tries to escape Manu shoot him.

Now here comes the phenomenon, allowing Raghavan's ever restles spirit to make its way into Manu's body. This is what the film reflect. It is just not explained how Amitabh overpowers the spirit of Manoj Bajpai.

Manoj Bajpai outdone himself as the epitome of all that's evil and dark, using his voice brilliantly to lend a creepy aura to a fiercely shady character. Nandita Das is brilliant as Supriya, Manu's wife. Raveena Tandon as Neeta, a club dancer who manages to hold her own in a few confrontation scenes with Manu Verma. And It is after a long time that you see Amitabh in his element.

You just can't afford to miss Big B in Aks, which gives him an an opportunity to use the range of expressions he redefined in his prime.
